As a former Michelin star restaurant chef and the founder of two food tech companies in New York, I realized exchanging my time for money was not going to make me wealthy or give me the freedom to lead a quality life. We have a portfolio of 790+ multi-family apartments, which cash flows about 8-10% and has a projected annualized return of ~15-25%. Our fund invests with top-performing deal operators who have at least $500Mn of assets under management and a strong track record of overdelivering investor returns.
