Wellthy Capital investments are appropriate for accredited investors only. In order for an individual to qualify as an accredited investor, he or she must accomplish at least one of the following:-

1) Earn an individual income of more than $200,000 per year, or a joint income of $300,000, in each of the last two years and expect to reasonably maintain the same level of income.

2) Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with his or her spouse (without your primary residence).

3) Be a general partner, executive officer, director or a related combination thereof for the issuer of a security being offered.

We provide access to real estate investments with as little as $50,000

You will receive distributions on a quarterly basis from the property management company via checks or ACH payments directly to your bank account, whichever you decide.

The most direct way might be a Roth IRA through a self directed IRA provider, there are multiple ways to be tax effective through real estate investments, but every investor’s tax situation is best discussed with a CPA that is knowledgeable in regards to real estate investments and their respective tax strategies that might apply.

All properties undergo detailed due diligence on their forecasted business plan and fundamentals, not only by us but also by the lenders, mentors, partners and respective due diligence specialists. All underwriting is done with conservative assumptions, always keeping potential downsides in mind and is always stress tested, even during periods like Covid we have seen healthy resilience in our portfolio. As a passive investor at most the amount invested can be lost as investors are protected against further liability through the LLC structure.

All of our investment opportunities are projected to cash flow within the first quarter, once the acquisition stage is complete. Usually, investors receive their first distribution 6-9 months after the deal is closed.

All of our properties are insured with insurance benefits designed specifically for real estate investors that cover most natural disasters, vandalism, and even some maintenance issues.
